1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Applicable to: First-time subscribers
- Time Requirement: Within 7 calendar days from subscription activation
- Usage Limit: API credits usage not exceeding 20%
- Refund Method: Full refund to original payment method
1.2 Pro-Rated Refund
We provide pro-rated refunds when your usage meets the following conditions:
- Credit usage between 20% and 50%
- Calculation Formula: Refund Amount = Subscription Amount × (1 - Usage Percentage)
1.3 Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:
- �?Credit usage exceeds 50%
- �?Subscription duration exceeds 7 days AND usage exceeds 20%
- �?Non-first-time subscribers (including renewals and upgrades)
- �?Account banned due to Terms of Service violations

2.2 Processing Time
- Automatic Review: Requests with less than 20% usage processed within 24 hours
- Manual Review: Requests with 20-50% usage require 2-3 business days
- Refund Receipt: 5-10 business days after approval to original payment method
2.3 Transaction Fee Notice
⚠️ Important Notice:
Paddle payment processing fees (~5%) are generally non-refundable. The refund amount will be the actual amount you paid minus these fees. However, for full refunds, the platform will attempt to absorb this loss.

- 🔧 Credits calculation errors preventing normal usage due to system error
Compensation Standard: Failure duration × 2 times service period extension
